Student Ministry at Freedom
At Freedom, our teens (7th-12th grade) experience challenging and engaging Bible lessons on Sunday nights at 5pm and various activities together. They also take part in youth conferences, camps, missions trips, and community outreach throughout the year that are meant to strengthen their relationship with God and each other.
A Typical Gathering
Here's what to expect when visiting Freedom Teenz for the first time:
Freedom Teenz meets in our modular building (it's the one off the back parking lot). Our night typically begins with an icebreaker and a few announcements. We transition to worship music with a Bible challenge to follow. After, we conclude with a game that allows for laughter and fun for all.
Lessons are biblically based and intended to bring the students to a better understanding of who God is and what the Bible says about situations they face day to day. At the end of the night, each student is challenged to make a decision to submit more to Jesus and the teachings of the Bible in the area of life covered that evening.
